Department Of Motor Vehicles Modernising Examinations

    Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, Mr. Kye Rymer said that the DMV has recognised the fact that times have changed and the department will be modernising the testing procedures for the cone and road tests. He said the DMV met with the various driving schools in the Territory earlier this year to ensure that the schools were aware of the new rules being implemented.

Disaster Management Launches Emergency Training For Businesses

Delivering opening remarks at the start of the training sessions, DDM’s Information and Education Manager, Ms. Philomena Robertson explained that the course exposes participants to the basic principles of disaster management, disaster planning, conducting damage assessments, designing and executing simulation exercises to test continuity plans, First Aid and emergency communications, as well as health and safety requirements and strict compliance with the BVI Labour Code.

Conservation Environmental Summer Programme Opens
