The Ministry of Health and Social Development is informing the residents of Virgin Gorda that due to circumstances beyond their control registration for the Fitness Movement Challenge will be delayed until Friday March 13. The team will travel to Virgin Gorda to register individuals and groups who are desirous of accepting the challenge.

The Ministry of Health and Social Development in its quest to promote a medicine vigilant Virgin Islands, is calling on the community to be more alert regarding their pharmaceutical use.

Minister for Health and Social Development, Honourable Ronnie W. Skelton sent a clear message that no one will be denied access to needed health care in the Virgin Islands.
The Ministry of Health and Social Development is notifying the public that the Fitness Movement Challenge originally set to begin on February 16 has been extended to March 16 to facilitate registration.
The Ministry of Health and Social Development has formed a workplace walking group as it continues to advocate for a healthier Virgin Islands, through its Run/Walk for Health programme.
Food handlers who are desirous of participating in this year’s Farmer’s Week activities are reminded that they require a valid food handler’s permit to be able to do so.
