The Department of Immigration is advising the public that due to technical challenges beyond its control which have created security concerns, the Jost Van Dyke Ferry Terminal will be temporarily closed to international clearance from today August 6.  All vessels destined for Jost Van Dyke should first clear at the West End Ferry Terminal until the issues have been rectified and services resume. The Department of Immigration apologises for any inconveniences caused due to this closure.  Further information can be obtained by contacting the Department of Immigration at 468-4065.

20 Haitian Irregular Migrants Found On Virgin Gorda

The Department of Immigration has reported that twenty Haitian irregular migrants were located in the North Sound area of Virgin Gorda on Tuesday, July 23.
