The Department of Immigration will be holding office hours on Anegada and Jost Van Dyke in the month of March to facilitate extensions to Landing Permits for visitors, extensions to Entry Permits for work permit holders and other general queries for applications with the Department. 

Premier Honourable Dr. Natalio Wheatley is inviting members of the public to submit  feedback on the proposed Immigration Policy.

The public is invited to submit feedback on the proposed Belonger Status and Permanent Residence policy and the Stakeholder Report following consultations based on the independent reviewer’s report on granting Residence and Belonger status.

The public is notified that the survey based on granting Residence and Belonger status is scheduled to close tomorrow Wednesday, October 25.

The public is advised that effective Wednesday, October 11, persons are required to schedule appointments via BVIPS.org in order to submit applications for Residence and Belonger Status.

The Government of the Virgin Islands is seeking public input on the development of revised immigration policies.

The public is reminded to send comments related to the independent reviewer’s report on “Granting Residency and Belongership” to mtcsd@gov.vg. 

The “Review of Policy and Processes for Granting Residency and Belongership” Report was tabled in the House of Assembly, yesterday September 7.
