The Department of Immigration is asking the public to remain vigilant both on land and at sea for any suspicious persons or activity as they seek to locate illegal migrants reported to be in the Territory.
The Department of Immigration, with the assistance of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force apprehended 19 illegal migrants in Cox Heath, Tortola on Friday, April 19.
The public is asked to assist with the location of Mr. Pascal Bosman of Netherlands and Mr. Martire Cabrera of Dominican Republic (carrying a St. Kitts & Nevis passport).
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF), Immigration Department and His Majesty’s Customs have new accommodations with the newly constructed Virgin Islands Law Enforcement Marine Base.
The public is notified that the Department of Immigration’s Processing Unit will be temporarily closed at 12 noon today, March 19. All appointments, inquiries, and processing services will also be temporarily suspended during this closure.

The Department of Immigration will host office hours on Anegada on Friday, March 22, 2024 for the facilitation of extensions of visitors Landing Permits, extensions to Entry Permits for work permit holders and general queries for services provided by the department.
The public is asked to assist with the location of Mr. Jean Carlo Ospina Cano, Ms. Pamela Mesa Escobar and Ms. Yesica Yojana Marin Ramirez of Colombia (pictured).
