The Department of Immigration and His Majesty’s Customs are advising travellers that we are currently experiencing technical issues with the online ED Card Portal, resulting in a disruption of service. Our teams are working diligently to resolve these issues.  

Travellers are informed that travel to the Territory without the successful completion of the Online ED Card is permitted at this time.
