Madam Speaker, I am pleased to provide an update on the work progress at the Burt Point Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Residents in the Fish Bay area are notified that the water supply will be interrupted on Thursday, June 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

The Government of the Virgin Islands has signed a contract for the construction of an Inspection Chamber, Wet Wells and Mechanical Components for the Long Swamp Pump Station at the Cutlass Tower.

The public is notified that Premier’s Office, located in Cutlass Tower, Road Town Tortola will be closed at 12:00 noon on June 22, 2023.

The public is notified that the Immigration Department Headquarters will be closed at 12:00 noon on June 22, 2023.

Residents of Tortola are notified that the water supply will be shut off from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on 20^th June.

Residents of East End on Tortola are notified that the water supply will be shut off from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on 20^th June.

Residents of Jost Van Dyke are notified that the water supply will be shut off from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on 21^st June.

Residents of Virgin Gorda are notified that the water supply will be shut off from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on 20^th June.

The public is notified that preparatory work is being carried out on the water tank in Long Bush ahead of Tropical Storm Bret.
