The Social Development Department is encouraging parents to ensure children are safeguarded at all times in response to the rapidly evolving coronavirus disease COVID-19 and school closures.

The public is invited to the East End/Long Look Seniors’ Programme Open House on Wednesday May 8.

The staff and residents of the Safe Haven Transitional Centre ushered in the holiday spirit by celebrating the centre’s achievements and progress during their annual Christmas party.

Veterans residing in the Territory are asked to register their names at the Deputy Governor’s Office by Wednesday, October 31 to be acknowledged in this year’s Remembrance Day activities.
