Minister for Health and Social Development, Honourable Ronnie W. Skelton has announced plans to curb the importation of single-use plastics in the Virgin Islands.
Government officials met with residents living in the western communities of Tortola to discuss concerns on recent fires and waste management plans moving forward.
Residents of Pockwood Pond, Towers, West End, and surrounding areas are invited to a community meeting on Tuesday, September 4, at 6:30 p.m. at the Zion Hill Methodist Church.
