The public is hereby notified that the Government of the Virgin Islands will be launching a comprehensive clean-up of the Territory.

All community groups including businesses, churches, schools, non-governmental organisations and homeowners are encouraged to join forces to clean up the BVI and strategically combat the growing waste management problem.

In the meantime, members of the Ninth District are being encouraged to participate in an independent weekend clean-up of personal and community spaces scheduled for Saturday, April 13 and Sunday, April 14.
