Businesses and persons who made applications to the Magistrate’s Court to renew liquor licences during the sitting on December 1, 2020

Businesses and persons who made applications to the Magistrate’s Court to renew liquor licences during the June 2 sitting are notified that payments can now be made at the Inland Revenue Department.

The public is advised that Department of Motor Vehicles is closed to the public today, Monday, June 22.  Service will resume on Tuesday, June 23 at 9:00 a.m.

The Virgin Gorda community is notified that a representative from the Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs will be visiting the sister island on Thursday, June 11 

The public is notified that the Licencing Magistrate will hold a Special Session of the Magistrate’s Court at John’s Hole on Tuesday, June 2 at 10:00 a.m.

Business owners with five or more trade licences for renewal are notified that effective Monday, December 16, these documents are to be submitted for processing at the Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs on the second floor of the Sebastian Building.

The public is being notified that the Magistrate’s Court, in accordance with the Liquor Licences Ordinance, CAP 106 as amended, will hold a special session on     Monday, December 2.
