The Premier and Minister of Finance, who is also the Minister responsible for ports, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie, has announced that the planned increase in port fees will not be implemented as scheduled for 2022.
Owners of businesses are being informed that the Licencing Magistrate will hold a Special Session of the Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, December 1 at 10:00 a.m.

The public is notified that the offices of the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) on Tortola and Virgin Gorda close today from 1:00 p.m. until further notice. Operations will resume to the public once telecommunications issues have been resolved.

Charter boat owners and charter companies are notified that the Government of the Virgin Islands has decided that outstanding licencing fees since November 1, 2020 are now due to be paid by April 15 at a reduction of 50%.
