The Labour Arbitration Tribunal is bolstering its current Roster of Accredited Labour Arbitrators and is inviting qualified persons to supplement its roster.

Employers, Employees, Legal Practitioners and the public are notified that the Labour Arbitration Tribunal’s Trinity Term ends on Friday, July 30. Sittings will be suspended during the Summer Break from Monday, August 2 until Tuesday, August 31.
Employers and employees are asked to familiarise themselves with the user manual of the Online Work Permit System as the Department of Labour and Workforce Development is no longer accepting hard copy applications for any type of work permits.
Employers and employees across the Territory are being encouraged to familiarise themselves with the user manual to allow for efficient and effective use of the recently launched Online Work Permit System.
