The public is notified that the Labour Arbitration Tribunal will be closed on Friday, January 19  to accommodate the Ministry of Financial Services, Labour and Trade's Planning Day.

The Government of the Virgin Islands announces the appointment of Mr. Samuel Jack Husbands as Chair of the Labour Arbitration Tribunal.

The public is notified that the Labour Arbitration Tribunal will be closed at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 20 to facilitate a staff planning meeting. The tribunal will reopen for regular office hours on Friday, April 21.
