The established processes offered by the Civil Registry and Passport Office and the Immigration Department in applying for visas and entering the Territory are still in effect while works are ongoing to launch the new Boarder Management and e-Visa System.

Business owners who recently received Belonger Status are advised to present their original certificates to the Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs for adjustment of fees.

Successful applicants in the Fast Track Initiative will be awarded their Residency and/or Belonger Status Certificates and Cards at the Multipurpose Sports Complex on Monday, December 16.
The Government of the Virgin Islands has signed a five year contract with Canadian Bank Note Company to monitor the Territory’s borders for the next five years and share real time information between agencies.
Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Andrew A. Fahie, and Deputy Premier and Minister for Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration Honourable Vincent Wheatley are pictured signing a contract for the implementation of the Border Management and Electronic Visa System with Vice President of Business Development, Identity and Payment of Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited Mr. Mark Houlton and Director of Business Development Ms. Fuencisla Santiago.
