Immigration services and procedures provided to the public will be done by appointments only from April 27. 

All visitors who are in the Territory at this time are encouraged to contact the Department of Immigration at 468-4703/4705/4752 or 468-9639 to schedule an appointment. Missed appointments will be re-scheduled for a later date.  Persons are not to visit the department without an appointment as they will not be served. 

All visitors on Virgin Gorda and Anegada are to contact the department’s office at 468-6520/6521 or 468-6606 to schedule an appointment.  Missed appointments will also be re-scheduled for a later date.

Persons are also asked to note that the requirements needed for an extension for VISITORS ONLY at this time are as follows:

●           A valid passport to include passports of your dependents

●           A fee of ten ($10) dollars will be collected upon completion of the process.

The measures were implemented to adhere to the proper social distancing guidelines established by the Ministry of Health and Social Development.  Information regarding all other immigration processes will be forthcoming at a later date. Persons who require other services are asked to contact the department.  

The Department of Immigration continues to contribute to the security and prosperity in building a stronger and better BVI, by operating a fair but firm immigration control that regulates and facilitates the movement of people through the Territory’s borders while exercising sound B.V.I. Immigration laws.
