I greet you in the midst of this global Pandemic which has taken us into what the Premier has termed the “New Regular” where we have to adapt, live and work with COVID-19. Today, I make this statement as the Minister for responsible for Labour and Immigration matters.
El Departamento de Inmigración comenzará sus servicios basados únicamente en citas a partir del lunes 4 de mayo, de acuerdo con la reapertura programada del Servicio Público.
The Immigration Department will commence its appointment only based services from Monday, May 4, in accordance with the scheduled reopening of the Public Service.
The public is invited to contact the Department of Labour and Workforce Development as well as the Immigration Department with their questions and concerns.
The public is notified that due to the current circumstances as a result of COVID-19, the Immigration Department will not be providing any service to the public until after the curfew is lifted.

The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instruments Nos. 36 and 37 Immigration and Passport (Prohibition of Entry) (No. 6) Order, 2020 and Imposition of a Curfew (No.6) Order, 2020 are now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.
