The Constitutional Review Commission Report was laid on the table during the Eighth Sitting of the First Session of the Fifth House of Assembly on Wednesday, 31st January, 2024.
The comprehensive report, which is 288 pages, is divided into six chapters and eight appendices. The Commission in its Terms of Reference was required to consider, among other things:

Minister for the Americas, the Caribbean and UK Overseas Territories, David Rutley MP, arrives in Road Town today.
During his visit, the Minister will meet Premier Natalio Wheatley and the British Virgin Islands Government to receive an update on progress of governance reforms stemming from an independent inquiry into governance in the territory.
In accordance with Section 494 (1) of the Merchant and Shipping Act, 2001 (the “Act”) as amended, mandates the establishment of the Maritime Advisory Board.
