Chief Environmental Health Officer, Mr. Lionel Michael has said that the Environmental Health Division is on a mission to protect residents and visitors to the BVI from food borne illnesses through its food handler’s training programme.
New and renewing food handlers on Tortola are notified that a Food Handlers Clinic is scheduled for March 1 at Nature’s Way located in Fat Hogs Bay beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Good day my fellow residents. As we come to the end of this September, I give God thanks for his continued blessings on our lives. As daunting as this month was for the Virgin Islands, I believe we still have much to be grateful for.

The Environmental Health Division is notifying the public that Sarbrett Beef Franks BS (8/1), EST/PLANT NUMBER 8854 is being recalled due to contamination by bone fragments and possibly other extraneous materials.
