The Government of the Virgin Islands (GoVI or the “Government’) acting through the Ministry of Finance, is inviting qualified, professional, experienced, and resourceful Engineering and Architectural firms to provide design services for the configuration and outfitting of His Majesty’s Customs (HMC) Courier Cargo Distribution Centre located at Terrence B. Lettsome International Airport Airside situated at Beef Island, British Virgin Islands (Here in after referred to as the “Services”.

His Majesty’s Customs is observing its 2024 Customs Week from January 21 to 27. 

The public is notified that operations at His Majesty’s Customs office at Port Purcell will be temporarily relocated to its office on the 2^nd  Floor of Road Town Jetty, between January 15 and February 16.

Sixteen Junior Customs Officers have completed a one month training course facilitated through the Caribbean Customs Law Enforcement Council (CCLEC).

The public is notified that the operations of His Majesty’s Customs and Treasury at the Port Purcell Administration Building, will be temporarily relocated to the Qwomar Building Suite #5 on Friday and Saturday, September 29 and 30. 

Earlier today, I was invited to a meeting by the Financial Secretary to meet with members of His Majesty’s Customs Department and the members of the Customs Welfare Association, the Honourable Premier and representatives from the Ministry of Finance were present.

 Representatives from His Majesty’s Customs were engaged in a two- day workshop on the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
