The Government of the Virgin Islands is marking a transformative step in immigration management and will launch the Online Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) Card System next month.

His Majesty’s Customs honoured the achievements of its K9 Unit and its handlers at a graduation ceremony earlier this week.

The public is notified that H.M. Customs will return to the Port Authority Administration Building in Port Purcell.

The public is notified that HM Customs Petroleum and Concession Unit has been temporarily relocated to the Customs Headquarters on the third floor of the Richard Stoutt Building effective today July 16 until further notice.

The public is notified that power has been restored and  services have resumed at the HM Customs Headquarters Office located on the 3rd Floor of the Richards Stoutt Building in Road Town.

The public is advised that services at the HM Customs Headquarters in Road Town are temporarily suspended due to there being no electricity. 

The public is reminded of the following changes to the operating hours at the His Majesty’s Customs between May 1 and October 31.

Persons interested in seeking employment with HM Customs department are advised to apply using the hr@gov.vg portal where they can fill out the application and submit all required documents. 

The Department of Immigration is asking the public to remain vigilant both on land and at sea for any suspicious persons or activity as they seek to locate illegal migrants reported to be in the Territory.

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF), Immigration Department and His Majesty’s Customs have new accommodations with the newly constructed Virgin Islands Law Enforcement Marine Base.
