His Majesty's Customs Department is notifying all stakeholders, including businesses, importers, exporters, couriers, and agents, that effective 1st January 2025, all entities engaging in business transactions with the department are to present the following:

•  a valid copy of their trade license;

•  current identification of owners/shareholders as listed on trade application (NHI,

passport picture page, or valid driver's license)

Failure to comply with this requirement will delay or deny services to facilitate legitimate trade until the necessary documentation is provided. Persons with questions or who require further clarification may contact the CAPS Unit at 468-5977/6803.
