Director of Public Prosecutions Kim Hollis QC has said that the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) has continued to serve the Territory of the Virgin Islands since the passage of Hurricanes Irma and Maria in September 2017. 

The Honourable Justice K. Neville Adderley has been appointed to serve as a High Court Judge, Commercial Division, of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Territory of the Virgin Islands

The public is asked to note that services have resumed at the Magistrate’s Court in John’s Hole and also at Student Services and the UNESCO Offices located in the Ward Building. 

The public is asked to note that the Magistrate’s Court at John’s Hole is closed today.

The public is advised that the Registry of the Supreme Court will be closed from September 1 to 11. Service is expected to resume on September 12.

Applications are invited for the position of Master to serve in any island of the Eastern Caribbean where the Court presides.

The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting tenders to configure the new offices of the Supreme Court Registry located on the third and fourth floors of the SAKAL Building.

The public is invited to take a snapshot into the workings of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court as it continues its 50^th Anniversary celebrations this year.
