The High Court sitting in its Criminal Jurisdiction is informing all jurors assigned to jury duty that they should report to court on Monday, February 1 at 9:00 a.m. instead of Monday, January 25.
The Magistrate’s Court is informing the public that all court matters scheduled for the week of Monday, January 18 until Friday, January, 22 at the John’s Hole and Prospect Reef locations, will be administratively adjourned to future dates at the Court’s convenience.
The Supreme Court is informing all jurors assigned to jury duty at the High Court sitting of its Criminal Jurisdiction to report to court on Wednesday, November 25 at 9:00 a.m instead of Monday, November 23.
Effective Tuesday, December 1, persons applying at the Magistrate’s Court for orders under Part V of the Magistrate’s Code of Procedure Amendment Act, 2014, will be responsible for arranging the service of their applications on the opposing party.

The Judicial & Legal Services Commission has appointed Mr. Gerard Farara QC to act as High Court Judge for the Commercial Division of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court from November 1, 2015 to January 31, 2016.
