His Excellency, the Governor John J. Rankin, CMG, chaired the Meeting held at the Financial Services Commission’s Resource Centre on 27th April, 2022.  

Honourable Melvin M. Turnbull is the Minister for Natural Resources and Labour under the Unity Government of the Virgin Islands. 

Honourable Marlon A. Penn is the Minister for Health and Social Development under the National Unity Government of the Virgin Islands. 

Honourable Sharie B. de Castro is the Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs and Sports under the Unity Government of the Virgin Islands. 

The Honourable Kye M. Rymer is the Deputy Premier and Minister for Communications and  Works under the National Unity Government of the Virgin Islands.

Premier Dr. the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley is the Minister of Finance under the Unity Government of the Virgin Islands.

Dr. the Honourable Natalio Wheatley is Premier under the National Unity Government of the Virgin Islands.
