Today, Premier Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley is in the United States Virgin Islands for the Ninth Meeting of the Inter-Virgin Islands Council (IVIC). Premier co-chairs the IVIC with Governor Albert Bryan. 

Deputy Governor, Mr. David Archer, Jr. has signed the condolence book for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
