The Sea Cows Bay road has been completely paved and was re-opened ahead of schedule yesterday evening.

At the invitation of the Ministry of Health and Social Development, a team of expert practitioners is visiting the Territory this week to work with Social Development Department, the Ministry of Health and Social Development, the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force and others to undertake a child safeguarding review.

The Territory's newest centenarian, Mrs. Henrietta A. Smith, celebrated this milestone with family, friends and Government officials.

Deputy Governor, Mrs. Rosalie Adams paid a courtesy visit to Mrs. Eda Flax during her first official visit to Virgin Gorda on October 5.  Mrs. Flax is one of the oldest residents on Virgin Gorda and will be celebrating her 98th birthday on November 29. 

The BVI Asian Trade Mission during its stop in Hangzhou on October 24, witnessed the signing of an agreement between BVI House Asia and the Association of Family Offices in Asia. The Agreement was signed in an effort to develop greater cooperation.
