Deputy Governor of the Virgin Islands, Mr. David D. Archer, Jr. is advising the public that the cooling system of the Central Administration Complex (CAC) is malfunctioning and is affecting operations at the Complex. 

Measures have been implemented to rectify the situation in the quickest way possible.  Additionally, contact has been made with TRANE Puerto Rico Inc., the company responsible for providing and installing the cooling system at the Administration Complex.

Any inconvenience caused to the public is deeply regretted.
