To provide with integrity, general direction and supervision over the registration of voters, the administrative conduct of free and fair elections in the Virgin Islands, and to impart efficient, reliable and courteous service to the General Public.

We envision an organization that operates a well developed, recognized and influential Electoral System that will enhance the Electoral process and the development of the Territory.
