Good day, as Premier of the Virgin Islands, I am pleased to report on progress with our recovery efforts following the passage of Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Devastation is obvious to all, but I want you to know that your Government is committed to leading the Territory through this challenging time.

Small and medium enterprises that were significantly affected by the passing of the tropical wave on August 7 are the focus of an outreach programme.

Elmore Stoutt High School proved their school spirit after demonstrating their sales pitch and design skills at the ‘School Spirit’ Entrepreneurial Competition on Thursday, May 11.

Twenty-four students from six of the Territory’s secondary schools will showcase their design and business skills tomorrow May 11.

Training opportunities are now available for the Territory’s entrepreneurs under the European Union’s (EU) Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme.
