Motorists are advised that the lower part of Great Mountain road will be closed  tomorrow Thursday, November 19 to Saturday November, 21 from 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to allow for major excavation work. 

The public is notified that the portion of Pickering Road directly in front UP’s Cineplex Building will be partially closed to thru traffic on Sunday, November 8 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Motorists traversing the Windy Hill Road are advised to drive with extreme caution as there is a landslide in the area. 

The motoring public in the vicinity of Lee Road on Virgin Gorda is advised that the road from the Catholic Church to SOL Gas Station and a section of the road leading away from the BVI Ports Authority will experience interruptions from today Thursday, October 15 to Thursday, October 22 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

Motorists are advised that the Ridge Road will be closed to vehicular traffic on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11 from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. daily

Rehabilitation and slope stabilisation works are about to begin on the Hope Hill to Sabbath Hill road.    

The public is notified that the portion of road by the Road Town Market Square that joins Fishlock Road and the Walter James Francis Highway East will be temporarily closed to thru traffic on Tuesday, October 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:

The Government of the Virgin Islands continues its work to bring relief to the people of the Virgin Islands, in the re-opening of the Montessori Road.

The Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) is ensuring that safety measures are being implemented at the Great Mountain 1 project site in accordance with its requirements and organisational culture of safety.

The motoring public is advised that road works will commence at the top of Great Mountain on Monday, August 10, 2020.
