Greetings, and a blessed Mother’s Day to all the mothers of these Beautiful Virgin Islands. I would especially like to recognize my Wife Suzanne, my Mom Shirley, my Mother in Law Patsy and the mothers of the Fifth District.
Whether you gave birth, adopted a child who needed love, or perhaps you may be a guardian, an aunt, wife, or godmother, regardless of how motherhood came to be, I thank God for all of you.
