The public is advised that the Inland Revenue Department office on Virgin Gorda has resumed in-person services.
To serve its clients safely, persons are encouraged to make appointments to visit the office online at www.bvips.org.

As we live and work with COVID-19 the operations of the Public Service will continue. In an attempt to better serve our clients the public is notified that the Lands Unit has resumed services effective Wednesday 28 July 2021.
The public is notified that to better serve its clients safely, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions will be providing most of its services remotely from July 28. The Chambers will remain open to accept documents from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. daily.

I wish to set the record straight on some misinformation that is being intentionally promoted by Members of Her Majesty’s Loyal Opposition with respect to the recent Cabinet Decision - No. 281/2021 of 8 July, 2021 - to create the post of Ministerial Political Adviser to provide specialist support to Ministers and Junior Ministers to assist them in delivering the mandate for which they were elected and sworn in as Government to perform.
