Today, we collectively express our deepest sympathies and regret on the passing of the Registrar General of the Civil Registry and Passport Office, Mrs. Stephanie Benn.
The Government of Virgin Islands (GOVI) has received financing from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) in an amount equivalent to US$65,291,000 towards the cost of CDB No. 12/SFR-OR-BVI: Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Loan – Hurricane Irma Project and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued.
The Government of the Virgin Islands has signed a contract with Trinidad-based consultancy firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services Limited (PwC) to conduct a public service compensation review for a period of nine months.

Officers from across the Public Service are attending a workshop on commercial drone policies this week as part of a UK Government funded Darwin Plus Project titled, “Sustainable Sargassum Management”.
The public is advised that the Premier’s Office will be providing limited services while they engage in a staff function today, Friday, 23rd September.
