The public is reminded to thoroughly prepare foods this holiday season.

The public is advised to purchase all foods from safe sources this holiday season. Inspect foods for safe temperature, colour, odour, texture and packaging.  Also, arrange for foods to be delivered at times when they can be inspected.

New and renewing food handlers are advised of a year-end session being held on December 20 at 8:30 a.m. at the Ward’s Building.
