Today marks history for Grade 12 students in the Virgin Islands, who are the first cohort since the implementation of the additional school year by the Ministry of Education and Culture. 

The Ministry of Education and Culture is enhancing teachers’ skills through ongoing training for the Healthy School Intervention Programme, Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ) and Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations (CAPE).

The Virgin Islands can now officially offer Caribbean Vocational Qualification or CVQ courses, as certified facility auditors are now on board.

Parents and guardians of students attending the Enid Scatliffe Pre-Primary School (ESPPS) are advised that orientation for new students has moved to Monday, September 5.
