Greetings, I am Dr. Kedrick Pickering, Member for the Seventh District and the Minister responsible for the Natural Resources and Labour of the Government of the Virgin Islands. Christmas is a special time of year, a time when families and friends draw near to each other to renew personal ties and friendships and to share in the warmth of the season and embrace the joy that it brings.
Madam Speaker, allow me to update this Honourable House on our Government's continuing efforts to provide a reliable supply of electricity to residents and businesses of the Virgin Islands.
Madam Speaker, as we come to the end of this year 2015, I am pleased to report considerable progress in our Government's efforts to improve the Water and Sewerage Network in the Virgin Islands.
Madam Speaker, Tortola Pier Park, is an infrastructural development project that brings a tremendous level of pride, to every BVIslander and resident of this Territory of the Virgin Islands.
