The Water and Sewerage Department advises that services resume at its offices on both Virgin Gorda and Tortola effective Monday, May 4 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.   Customers are reminded that health and safety measures in this ‘New Regular’ will be observed. 

1. No Mask, No Service.
2. Maintain social distancing by following the markers in place. 
3. Wash hands before entering the building.
4. Utilise the hand sanitisers inside buildings.
5. Customers are reminded that conversations should uphold the integrity of social distancing.
6. Agents will be available to provide guidance.
