All residents of the Virgin Islands are invited to Drive Blue or Wear Blue on Friday, April 29.

Persons are also asked to display the blue ribbon, the official symbol of child abuse awareness, in a national demonstration of unity against child abuse and in support of survivors.

Residents can display a blue ribbon on their car, wear a blue article of clothing, wear a teddy bear pin or a ‘Break the Silence’ t-shirt to show support.

The Social Development Department is also reminding persons to post photos and stories throughout April on their ‘Break the Silence’ Facebook page.
