Wheatley and Project Manager for Biras Creek Resorts Limited are featured on Friday, July 3 as they signed the contract for the upcoming development of the Biras Creek Resort. On its completion, it is expected that more rooms and villas will be added to the current room capacity in the British Virgin Islands.
