Minister for Communications and Works Honourable Kye M. Rymer is featured as he visited the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to witness the inaugural issuance of the Virgin Islands' 70th Festival Commemorative Plates.

The limited-edition license plates, priced at $200 each, are available for purchase at the DMV while supplies last.
