The Department of Youth Affairs and Sports will be hosting the semi -finals of the 2020 Gen Y Factor Glee Edition: Battle of the Schools on Saturday, July 11 at 7:00 p.m.

Youth across the Territory will have an opportunity to interact and share their goals and aspirations with each other in an empowerment session next month.

Director of Youth Affairs and Sports Mrs, Brenda Lettsomme-Tye is encouraging young people in the Territory to find innovative ways to utilise their time during the 24-hour curfew.

The first of three sessions to train Virgin Islands Youth Parliament nominees on all aspects of House of Assembly proceedings was held on Tuesday, March 10.

The Virgin Islands Youth Parliament (VIYP) will be re launched on March 30 and re-assigned under the ambit of the House of Assembly, in keeping with the Commonwealth Parliament best practices.

A call is being issued for qualified registrants to sign up for the 4^th Annual Gen-Y Factor Singing Competition as auditions begin next month.

Registration is now open to Government offices and private companies for the 2020 Industrial Bowling League to be held on February 17. 

Singers are invited to register for the 2020 Gen Y Factor Competition under the Theme “Battle of the Schools – Glee Edition”.
