Mi Amor Jewellers has been named August Business of the Month as the Department of Trade and Consumer Affairs continues its efforts to promote and assist small businesses in the Territory. 

The Rock Café and Sam’s Piano Bar on Virgin Gorda have captured the July Business of the Month title.

The Department of Trade and Consumer Affairs is informing the public that its offices will be closed at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19. Regular working hours will resume on Monday, June 22.

The Government of the Virgin Islands is reminding customs brokers, agents and traders that Her Majesty’s Customs is moving towards full automation of its Cargo Declaration system with the introduction of its automated Web Trader Programme on May 4.
