Representatives from 13 local firms are better prepared to submit tender packages for the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) Marine Base Fencing, Gates and Drains Project, after attending a site visit and bidder’s conference earlier this week hosted by the Recovery and Development Agency’s (RDA) Procurement and Delivery Teams.

The public are advised that there will be major traffic disruptions on Great Mountain Road until December 18 as concrete works continue on the upper section of the road closet to the Ridge Road intersection.

Motorists are asked to use alternate routes on Tuesday, December 8 when traversing the Great Mountain area as the road will be closed from 9:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. to facilitate the pouring of concrete to the retaining structures.
