The Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) remains committed to delivering critical infrastructure in a transparent, responsible, and cost-effective manner that delivers the best outcomes for the Virgin Islands.

The Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) in the British Virgin Islands was established to implement the Government’s recovery plan following the devastating effects of Hurricane Irma in 2017.

The Recovery and Development Agency (RDA), under the direction of the Ministry of Communications and Works, is further refining the scope of the ‘Road Infrastructure Reconstruction Programme’ to focus on the implementation of five critical road projects including: Fort Hill, Joe’s Hill, Windy Hill, Ridge Road, and Pockwood Pond.

The Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) is pleased to announce that two bids have been received by the extended bid submission deadline, 17^th January, for the highly anticipated West End Ferry Terminal Project.

The public is advised that the Leak Detection Consultant in collaboration with the Water and Sewerage Department (WSD) will be conducting field visits from Thursday, December 12, 2024, over the next two weeks to identify leaks within the Territory’s water network. 

The Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) is pleased to announce the submission of nine (9) responses to the Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) for Consultancy Services for Design Engineering and Construction Management for the Road Infrastructure Network of the Virgin Islands. 

Motorists parked in the Trellis Bay Parking Lot are reminded that the parking lot is closed to facilitate the grading works in the area. Vehicles currently parked in the lot are impeding these critical activities.

The Trellis Bay Rest Stop is officially opened providing a respite for travelers commuting between Beef Island and the eastern sister islands.
