Motorists are asked to proceed with caution in the Sophie Bay area of Tortola as works are in progress to reconstruct the guard rails and electrical wiring following an accident that occurred yesterday.
The public is notified that the portion of Blackburn Highway in the vicinity of the Alphonso Gas Station in Parham Town will be closed on Saturday, April 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to facilitate a funeral.
