The Office of the Deputy Governor is reminding the public that on Good Friday, April 15, businesses in which intoxicating liquor is sold, exposed or kept for sale by retail shall be closed, with the exception of hotels and clubs.

Like everyone else in the British Virgin Islands, I was deeply shocked by the murder which took place in broad day light in Tortola on Tuesday. It was a truly appalling event.
