I want to start by giving God all the glory, honour and praise.
I recognise all those who have been recognised before. I also recognise the presence of all dignitaries and their spouses. But it would be remiss of me if I didn’t recognise my very good friends from the U.S Virgin Islands, Governor and Lieutenant Governor of the U.S Virgin Islands, Governor Bryan Jr., and Lieutenant Governor Roach – two very good friends of mine.
Mr. Julian Willock was elected and sworn in as the Speaker of the House of Assembly during the First Sitting of the First Session of the Fourth House of Assembly on Tuesday, March 12.

The staff members of the Land Registry Department learned of certain statements made by the Leader of Her Majesty’s Opposition in the House of Assembly on or around 14th October, 2018.
I am sad to learn of the passing of Honourable Delores Christopher, a committed public official who has served the people of the Fifth Electoral District, and this Territory with great pride.
Today, we received the sad news of the untimely passing of our colleague, the Honourable Delores Christopher. Honourable Christopher was, as those who knew her, an elected official, an entrepreneur but most importantly – she was a true BVI patriot.
Madam Speaker, could the Minister for Education and Culture please inform this Honourable House, post Hurricane Irma, what schools were cleaned up from the monies his Ministry received from the emergency response loan that government received from CDB?
