The public is notified that the BVI Health Services Authority’s Audiology Unit is now open and ready to provide services Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Healthcare professionals are invited to register for the following virtual workshops to be hosted by the office of Chief of Drugs and Pharmaceutical Services in the Ministry of Health and Social Development.

Healthcare professionals across the Territory will be engaged in a series of virtual workshops as they continue their professional development.

The British Virgin Islands Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) will now be offering COVID-19 testing to more persons in the community. 

The Ministry of Health and Social Development is inviting the public to an information session for the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) on June 23 on Virgin Gorda at 5:30 p.m.

The Government of the Virgin Islands along with other agencies and individuals will provide over 300 grants to persons who require financial assistance to participate in the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP).

The Ministry of Health and Social Development officially launched the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) on June 15.

The BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) has received a new Cepheid GeneXpert machine and cartridges/tests from the United Kingdom Foreign and Commonwealth Office that will enhance the Territory’s ability to carry out COVID-19 testing.

Residents can now access primary care services at the BVIHSA community clinics around the Territory including prescription drop offs and pickups.

Limited visitation at the Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital has been re-instated effective immediately as the BVI Health Services Authority continues to institute measures to reduce the impact of COVID-19.
