Deputy Governor of the Virgin Islands, Mr. David D. Archer, Jr. is advising the public that the cooling system of the Central Administration Complex (CAC) is malfunctioning and is affecting operations at the Complex. 

Officers from the Procurement Unit in the Ministry of Finance along with officers from the Department of Disaster Management hosted 14 representatives from local and international firms at a pre-bidding conference for the construction of the new National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) on Friday, May 3.

Minister for Transportation, Works and Utilities, Honourable Kye Rymer has met with officers of the Facilities Management Unit as part of a familiarisation tour of the departments under his ministry.

The Project Coordination Committee (PCC) met on Wednesday, March 27 to discuss updates on the Rehabilitation of "Other Government Buildings" projects financed by the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Loan (RRL).

Students and teachers of the Enid Scatliffe Pre-Primary School can now return to the comfort and familiarity of their own classrooms following the completion of reconstruction work on the building.

As restoration works continue at the Central Administration Complex (CAC), Facilities Manager, Mr. Arriel Donovan was pleased to share today that the elevator at the CAC is now operational.

The public is advised that the Office of the Governor will be closed from 12 noon today, Friday, April 13 for maintenance purposes.
