The proposed Human Rights Commission Bill seeks to establish an independent commission to receive and investigate complaints for acts or practices that are inconsistent with or contrary to any human right.
Governor Daniel Pruce is inviting feedback on the Commission of Inquiry reforms. Feedback received will be reported to the UK Overseas Territories Minister, Stephen Doughty MP, to inform decisions about the next steps in the reform process.
